Terms of Service

A candle on PrayForGreen is a novelty digital good: a virtual prayer candle displayed on a public altar, optionally carrying a short message ("prayer") and signature you write. That is the entire product. It is delivered instantly when your payment confirms.

A candle is not an investment, a token, a security, a financial product, or financial advice. It confers no rights, returns, or expectations of profit. Candle "devotion" decays by design — flames fading from the altar is part of the product, not a defect.

PrayForGreen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any token, cryptocurrency project, company, or religious institution. Ticker symbols and logos identify the subject of your candle; they imply nothing else.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to make purchases.

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Helio / MoonPay Commerce (crypto). We never see or store your card number or wallet keys. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Crypto payments settle at the locked amount shown on the payment page.

Messages and signatures you attach to a candle are displayed publicly on the altar, on shrine pages, on permalink pages, and in generated share images. Do not write anything you don't want public. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and reproduce your message as part of the service.

Prohibited: illegal content, harassment, doxxing, hate, impersonation, scams or phishing links, and market manipulation (e.g. false claims presented as fact). We may hide or remove any candle message at our discretion, with or without refund.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, permanence of any candle, or the accuracy of third-party market data displayed on the site (prices come from CoinGecko and can be delayed or unavailable).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including anything your bags do after you light a candle.

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use means acceptance.
