Refund Policy

Candles are digital goods delivered instantly: the moment your payment confirms, your candle is lit on the public altar. Because delivery is immediate and the product is consumed by being displayed, all sales are final once a candle is lit — with the exceptions below.
You paid but no candle appeared
If your payment cleared and your candle did not appear within a few minutes, contact us within 14 days with your receipt (Stripe email or crypto transaction id). We will either light the candle or refund you in full — your choice.
Moderation removals
If we remove your candle's message for violating the content rules in our Terms, a refund is at our discretion. Deliberate abuse is not refunded.
What is never refundable
A candle fading from the altar (devotion decay is the product working as designed) · the price of your token going down (a candle is not a financial instrument) · change of heart after the candle is lit.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — genuine problems get fixed fast. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered candles may result in the candle being extinguished and future purchases blocked.

Crypto refunds are returned to the paying wallet; card refunds go back to the card via Stripe. PrayForGreen does not store your payment details, so we may ask the processor to verify the transaction.
